1. Website use

You may use this website to view services, products, rentals and event examples, request quotations, place available shop orders and track eligible requests. You must provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete.

2. Quotations and bookings

Quotation prices may depend on the event date, venue, location, theme, quantities, setup requirements, selected services and other details. A quotation can be revised if the scope changes. Specific written quotation or booking terms prevail if they differ from general website information.

3. Products and orders

Product availability and pricing may change. An order submitted through the website is subject to confirmation, delivery feasibility and any payment arrangements communicated by Smarty Party Creations. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or if order details require clarification.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees unless stated otherwise. For confirmed event bookings, the required advance is 50% of the agreed total and the remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 days before the event. All advance payments are strictly non-refundable. Do not send payment to an account or person unless you are satisfied it has been communicated through an authorised Smarty Party Creations channel.

5. Event access and customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate venue details, access times, permissions and any venue restrictions that may affect décor, sound, lighting, cold sparklers, projection or other booked equipment. Services may need to be changed or declined where venue rules, safety conditions or applicable requirements do not allow the requested setup.

6. Rentals and equipment

Rental availability is subject to confirmation. Any deposit, collection, return, damage, loss or usage obligations will be communicated for the specific rental where applicable. Customers should use rented equipment only as instructed.

7. Customer-provided material

If you provide names, images, logos, themes or other material for custom work, you confirm that you are entitled to use that material for the requested event or product.

8. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

All event-booking advances are strictly non-refundable. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the paid advance is converted to a Smarty Party Creations Credit/Gift Voucher valid for 6 months from the issue date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an updated quotation. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content will always be error-free. We may correct errors, update content or change site features.

10. Liability and legal rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for a particular booking or order is governed by the confirmed scope and specific written terms agreed for that transaction.

11. Governing context

These terms are intended for services and transactions provided by Smarty Party Creations in Sri Lanka and should be read together with applicable Sri Lankan law.
